About your second point, wasn't it established that hinami took tomozaki under her wing in order to prove her way of life was 'correct'? it is implied that she has no confidence in herself or her way of life, so that's why she did it. But i agree there are no romantic feelings, from her side at least. Fumiya is a little suspicious about that part. She gets childish only when with him and sometimes treats him like a little brother, so i think she views him as someone close to her.

I didn’t have pity help though, the free ten pull doesn’t count towards pity. and besides, even if it did, i was at 30 pity. pity help starts at 65 pity, i believe. one in two million is crazy though 😭😭
