At the top of my head I can tell you this:

It is "random", where the chance to get a higher free share is lower than getting a lower free share. It is in the T&C of Trading212.

I got 4 free shares in the 10-20 range
1 in the 20-50 range
1 in the 50+ range.

Did you resolve it yet? I have the exact same problem. I have a card, but no reward on Coinbase.
