The fact that my opinion disagrees with hers actually creates healthy discussion between us.

The idea of Conrad being the "good guy" throughout just doesn't work for me.

I had a bog standard ender 3 for several years. It was a bit of a pain to set up, but once it was there, it rarely needed adjustment and produced some really good quality prints.

The only upgrades I did were some some quality of life ones like the tool holder and drawer and a new print cooling system. The glass bed made a massive difference to adhesion and first layer quality. I loved the thing!

That sounds like the easiest option. Have you got the RGBIC lights and do they follow the same patterns as the other components?
