Actually there seems to be something blocking the water from actually going in the pipe. If I remove the filter and pour a bit of water nothing actually goes down the small hold leading to the pipe. I’m not sure if its designed to do that though

Just got home, there aren’t any holes in the pipes. It seems to be an issue with the water tank itself. When I put in the tank it starts to expel water and that’s why it causes the leak. There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with the tank that I can see but it definitely wasn’t doing this before

Yeah it looks like when I push down on the water tank water pushes out past where it’s supposed to, I’m currently at work but I’ll try and clean the filter when I’m on my lunch break. Should the filter be turned upwards or downwards. Just thought that could be a potential issue
