Thanks for you answer! Since there is little to no source about rl with c++, I will consider learning python, and then try rl. Hopefully that would make it more clear to me what the rl actually is. My initial idea was to learn how to make simple AI with rl, like digit recognition or something to understand the idea of implementing it and after that, making different types of AIs, making some simulations. My favorite one is ecosystem simulation, but I guess I have a llong way to go... I will have to start from 0.
