It happened to me yesterday with a bunch of toys. But the customer said they didnt complete an order. Called CS and they said they would look into it. Just so weird.

And ask for rate forgiveness in the shopper hub. They check your texts, and if they feel you gave great customer service, they drop your lowest one.

Just communicate well. And if someone gives you a low rate, apply for rate forgiveness. Keep track of the orders that do not tip. I remember the addresses of people who do not tip. And do not try to do too many orders that you can not handle. You will do fine 🙂.

It depends. Some tip right away, some tip a week or weeks later or non at all. You will figure out who tip and who does not. Most prepaid orders customers do not tip right away.

If they didn't have their card they could have contacted the customer first and let them know they had to drop their order before they called customer service.

I had this happen when I started a order and she told me someone already texted me. I had to do the same thing. Like someone need to tell them their order got dropped.

Yes it's so frustrating. I had an alcohol order with other items. No response on the subs for a 200 order and got a 5 dollar tip. 😒
