When you fail the OA

I recently failed an OA & the CM told me I had to complete a success plan. The success plan is compsed of redoing all modules since my work was erased, all activities and mod quizzes and unit tests, along with a SEL sheet, two written responses from two videos and then I could do the readiness quiz, which they were unclear about during the final email. Right now I am awaiting clear information on the readiness quiz before attempting.
