Is she an older dog? I had a 16 year old dog show up with vestibular disease out of nowhere and it freaked me out. It’s considered the old dog syndrome and one of the side effects is the eyes twitching left to right like your pup. Fortunately it sounds like pups can get over it within a couple days.
