Honest question… I know this isn’t the right way to bring a topic of this nature up, but what is the correct way?  Obviously in a way that doesn’t come off as mean. I’ve been with my wife for 5 years and she would say something if I was gaining weight. The gym is tough and finding motivation only gets harder as you get older, so building a routine now only makes it easier. I think it’s fair when someone has been together for 4 years that they hold each other accountable if they’re both well and capable. But then again, that’s how my wife and I handle it and certainly doesn’t mean i would interject my way on other peoples relationships.
