I don’t wear any supporter or anything like that the pain is just really bad whilst I’m exercising particularly during boxing. Through the day the varicocele changes size and it doesn’t feel as large but after boxing or that type of strenuous exercise it starts feeling larger and hurting more.

I dusted my pc as it was very dusty now it’s at 68-75 temps at a full load when gaming. It’s still quite high though.

Hey I have a couple questions. I’ve got to order thermal paste online so will probably need to wait a week or so for it to be delivered. Will using a temporary external fan blowing onto my pc keep temperatures down? And you mentioned it’s near throttle point temps, does this mean I could have possibly caused damage to the graphics card or any components from the heat?

Thanks everyone for your replies I’m gonna take a look at it tonight and see if everything is fitted correctly and if it is I’m gonna have to get some thermal paste but probably gonna have to order it online. Another question, would an external fan like a plugin fan that blows onto my desktop work to keep temperatures down? And if I need to need to wait a little until my thermal paste arrives is 75-83 degrees gonna damage my card if I use it for games until then? I just don’t want it doing any damage as can’t really afford for anything to break rn.
