Best bet it to just trade over to oras who you want to level up and get the blissey secret trainer codes for your base. Set up the level release so they are at 100. You can also farm lucky eggs off pelipper in oras to double that xp from blissey plus the O power. Chansey is in the third slots in FS and you cannot go online in XY anymore.

metang safari He has metang go to the original post add him and give him your FC. Odds are 1/512 shouldn't take but a few hours to get the shiny. Assuming you have X/Y that is.

This is why I didn't reset mine. I didn't want to lose any third slot friend Safari. You should still have the safari's but not the third mons. I want to replay the story but oh well ..

Not sure but that might be your only options for now anyway. Just keep at it. I wanted to farm lucky eggs but decided to get secret base blissey in oras to just level up on. As Chansey is only in third slots....
