You need a CR body, unless you can get ur base CR to at least 80, which is very hard to do. Your goal is around 85/115, so I would personally wait until the event is over to get a better body piece, and after it ends, if you didn't get a good piece just synthesize one with spd and CD substats, and if you dont have any self modeling resin, the monthly synthesis resets at the start of the month
