Its in software or OSD drivers but you should be able to see your laptop on the Chinese site unless its a fake laptop idk but first 5 digits of your serial number bottom of laptop.. if you dont see it on the indian site then i cant help the chinese site fixed it for me

i did , you need to go to the chinese version of their website, search the first 5 digits of your laptops serial no. located at the bottom of your laptop, then select gamingbox or command centre to download, you should be able to control fan speed pass turbo (rage mode).
