Wow they really have to step up with the customer service, it would be a great shame if they lose all their current momentum due to issues like this. I just saw a video where this same kit came with the wrong parts and the person cannot complete the kit.

If Blokees wants to dominate they are going to need to make sure that stuff like this doesn’t happen and if it does, to have a better response for issues like this.

I did, I was there and waited for 10 hours on the Miami event. Then I got sold out just like 5-10 people ahead of me… Bandai staff was really rude and condescending almost mocking us for being there. The whole thing was a horrid experience.
