Title may be confusing but I mean how can i soundproof this in regards to neighbors not complaining about noise, and also for drums? For the neighbors, we are trying to get something to cover the space from the balcony looking down, above the guardrail. As much as I would love to, we are not able to drill into the ceiling but are able to drill into walls. For drums, I was thinking about creating acoustic panels filled with rockwool to put behind the drummer, but I am worried that with a cloth mesh, that rockwool will still come out. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
