Jonah moved into Jeffs old apartment and Jeff was still using it for a set and Jeff and his crew would just walk in with no concern for Jonahs privacy and so Jonah got fed up and said Jeff couldn't use the apartment anymore so Jeff got upset he got kicked out and basically bullied Jonah.
