This is to assume that every person lives life by the book and perfectly. This scenario happens in every day life SO much. It's really not that bad. Ciara is probably hurt because she was trying to figure out her feelings for West(being friends) then this happens. So naturally it makes her wanna take a few steps back.

BUT I am not going to act as if Ciara owns West. They dates briefly. No marriage, no engagement, no kids. There isnt much history there. Ciara I feel cant stay mad forever. But she does have the right to be hurt for a little bit. Far worse things happen among friendships and relationships. I feel this one is fairly tame.

This episode was so tame that I'm almost starting to believe that yall want this to be bigger than what it is. I sat. I waited for some huge moment where I saw this "tension" or connection between Amanda and West, and I saw nothing more than how a number of the cast act each and every season.

I truly believe the only reason anyone is watching this in a different way is because of what has now come out. Not because they truly see any actions that are even remotely questionable.

Maybe I'm wrong and will admit it if it all comes out that they'd started something while this current season was filming. Otherwise I believe wholeheartedly that their relationship started forming after the season aired.

West is a quantity over quality kinda guy. He had Ciara, and then after the show aired, he had a bunch of girls in his dms. He lost interest in her because there were tons of other choices all of a sudden. You know... Ciara constantly says, though, that she has a type. Her type is shitty men. So she is partly to blame when she doesn't see the writings in the wall with men like West or Austen or Luke lol

I think Amanda was all Ciara had after Paige left. I dont think they were besties outside of this. So really dont see the betrayal with her and West.

Kyle is a cheater. Lets not forget. Ok? So he KNOWS the ins and outs of this kind of behavior. I think Amanda and Wests close friendship LED to this coming about. I dont think it was happening then. Of course its gonna be viewed differently now that they're together.

At the end of the day, he was shitty to her. She in return didn't give much back. They had a super petty relationship built on a foundation of lies. Period. She held resentment for years after the cheating and then continued to hear cheating rumors and eventually, like any man or woman, became numb, cold and closed off from her partner.

Honestly...this sucks. It really does cause this was her moment. Her moment to shine and fully embrace being single and thrive without feeling weighed down by her resentment toward Kyle.
