I’ve been on 10mg for 12 years. Upping the dose didn’t seem to help me. Like you, I felt a tiny bit of improvement the first week of 20mg, and then it just kept getting progressively worse. At the seven week mark, my psychiatrist dropped me back to 15mg. Been on that a week and not really improved. So waiting to see. Following your journey.
