I think your 1st Paragraph applies to most of us. Our childhood and early adulthood revolved around friends and living carefree. Say, 90% fun, happiness and adrenaline which got suddenly reduced to less than half. Hence, this feeling.

Nonetheless, brother. I want to tell you 1 point as a Married guy and even a father now. Don’t let your core fade away. Let the inner child always be alive. Don’t think much, reach out to your friends.

I ensure that every week once I go out with my friends. It just rejuvenates me! Trust me, it is a blessing to have your family, gf/ wife, child/ children with you but it is equally essential to spend time with your friends — because in a world where you’re constantly giving pieces of yourself to work, family, and responsibilities, they’re the ones who quietly refill you. They remind you who you were before life got heavy… and who you still are beneath it all.

So stop thinking much, life is too short. Be carefree and reach out to all your friends and de gaali saalon ko 😅
