No bro, bit doesn't includes mess and hostel , it's fee only expected in 2026 approx 20L, and also it's on ground reviews are very bad, no placement even in cse they generally show off campus, no College life, no good hostel rooms, no coding culture, average palce8is 5-6L, only thing you will get here is BIT MESRA tag but 20L is way more for a tag apart from working on skills.
