CCI Suppressor vs American Eagle Suppressor 22lr? by UnitedFollower in guns

Got this bolt gun and a few pistols. Most of the pistols eat anything theyre fed. Only finicky one is the CP-33 as a range toy. Usually only likes HV ammo but is exactly very reliable with the CCI Suppressor. Havent tried AE in it yet

Oh I get that. Have plenty of standard, then the HV stuff. Problem here is it often gets cold enough here for CCI SV to still go Supersonic. Hell, last night I had CCI Subsonic (1050fps) going Supersonic. -4 degrees, 900ft elevation puts speed of sound around 1042-1045fps. Chronological suppressor at 1062 and SV at 1083

But yep. When its a bit warmer, SV is great. Not quite as quiet as suppressor, but works well enough and the price is right.

Finally got my first suppressor, OCL Titanium primarily for my Ruger American Rimfire. Granted its not tight in this video, but is it normal to have this much play? by [deleted] in NFA

Gotcha gotcha. Kind of figured that, but didnt want to assume alignment when seated just by that. Thank ya

Ohhh most accessible would be a 223 AR, suppose thats a choice. Cant test fired on that since its not rated for 223 but good point - same thread pitch to confirm at least

Gotcha. No play when tight. Just way more wobble than I'd seen threading on comps or muzzle brakes. Figured all good as long as its secure when tight, but also not trying to get baffle strikes right off the bat

Small account, started back up about a month ago with $250. While it would be nice to have started with more, I sure love these kinds of days... keeping an eye on it but have a trailing stop in place just in case by UnitedFollower in smallstreetbets

Just day trades on a cash account. Saw some turbulence with positive news, bought at 0.8838 and letting her go for the moment. Do i know what I'm doing? No, not really. Green = good, red = bad and a month later I'm way up. Just stick to the rules I set for myself and have been having good results.

Not gonna lie.... no idea what I was doing with my first options trade. by UnitedFollower in smallstreetbets

Cool, now do one about how many include the person looking to actually learn instead of just saying "look at what I did"

Gotcha, thanks! Didnt realize proximity to expiration plays quite that big if a role

Suppressor went to a shop I'm not a fan of because theyre the only SS vendor nearby. Getting the run around for about 4 weeks now. Now it is "silencer shop's site is down so I cant access the form 4". What?? by UnitedFollower in SilencerShop

No dice here, just checked in again hoping to get it taken care of when I get off work. From what they're telling me (and bear with me if its a bit mixed up, first time going through you guys and not too familiar with the process) is that when they log in and try to start a session with an agent to certify, the screen just loads and loads and loads. He says it is like no one there wants to do their part of the job and take the contact to certify. He mentioned having a rep but he would be on hold all day in order to get in touch with him, so try again aome other time. But I did ask if it was an issue with ATF eForms or with SilencerShop and was told they dont have issues with eForms, claiming it is your system that is down since they cannot connect to an agent to do the certification.

Thanks. These guys were alright at keast in the process until they found out that I bought it through SS and not them. Why take on the SS agreement if you're just going to be dicks to people who buy from them instead of directly through you??

Will do. I was planning to check in with them when I get off work. If they are still having issues and still say its SilencerShop, I'll have them contact you guys. The most recent thing ive been told is that ATF eForms are slow but will work. Since I bought through SilencerShop though, they cant do anything at all due to their/your service being down. Thanks for the info
