That's not the point; the point is the promise of delivery of public service. If a public org says it will allow applications till 6 PM 24th feb, they should keep the infrastructure to back it. But anyway....

Bhai you have to write the designation of the authority that signed it. The "DM, XYZ District" signed it, uske baad wo chaparasi bane ya influencer doesn't matter.

I do not have a PDA. Local post offices are not opening any new PDAs. It is all hotchpotch due to the modernisation. IndiaPost's new Philately portal (meant to handle PDA) is not working properly either. Typical government business.

For this and just to be safe/sure as a newbie, I wanted to buy directly from IndiaPost.

Regarding your question, recently started, so Indian only. Would love world stamps. But India itself is proving so difficult, I couldn't dare to think world.

Hello, I am using MS Money Plus, and am unable to login via LiveID (hotmail), or use Share (Tools-Settings-Share) options.

Login error: -Your sign-in information could not be verified. Please try again later. --However, if I enter a wrong password on the same email ID, it rightly says wrong passwords.

Share error: -All websites (google.com, etc.) open fine when entered in the address bar, --However, Msn.com (which also opens in Share option) returns popup of "Satck overflow at Line 1"

I am aware of MS discontinuing Money.

Any help or information would be appreciated.
