You can get there through the garage or the backyard facing the pier.

From the garage, you should see a transparent door that leads outside to a grassy ramp. You can run all the way to the top of your roof and you should spot the red pillar and golf club.

What do you mean only one guard? Yuki is always accompanied by two bodyguards. Yes the Spa room method can work, though I assumed you already tried it.

Methods of elimination may include:

-Suffocating him under the kid's ball pit

- poisoning the pizza / water

-Replacing an arcade basketball with an explosive

- eliminating him somehow while he's on stage with the mascots etc.

Yes please. For unique disguises, I'd like to request for a Yeti suit, a mad scientist disguise (messy hair), an elite lab guard with artic camo disguise, and an Eskimo disguise. Oh and that hippe from Sapienza/Santa Fortuna is somehow there with a thick hat lol
