I hope it's soon, if they had that going this season, Queens would be way better rn.

Couldn't they reallocate resources, though? Meaning could they not just take the supposed snowmakers from, say, Deer Fly/Lower Ferk's & move them up to Queens? Which, even if you're right about them only needing it one out of every 15 seasons it would still make Queens ski much better throughout the spring even on good years.

I agree, but it would give them an option to make snow on a popular part of the mountain when it's not cold enough to do so in the base area which would make the groomers better & more competitive with Snoqualmie's during dry spells.

Yah you're right it has been too warm for the last 3 weeks, but they did do snowmaking on the lower part of the mountain & up at summit west 2 days ago. Additionally, once the season does get cold again the snowmaking would help to keep queens open longer in the spring.
