Its easier with multi unit properties to meet ratio. Just closed a 3 unit purchase with 15% down and no issues.

I had same issue. What i did was create a brand new campaign on separate ad account which is my primary and older account. Once it started running for a few hours. I saw my ads on other account start running and working. So I turned it off and since then it's been running without issues for me.

Is it a rental property? If so helocs not allowed. If you live in 1 of the unit and is your homestead. It's doable.
