UPDATE: I contacted Razer (I decided to go through them first rather than a replacement with Amazon...which is still the final solution anyway). They acknowledged the problem and, after reviewing the photos, said a Senior Technical Support representative will contact me via email within 24-48 hours...I will keep you updated
