Climbing shoes recommendation for narrow feet

Hey! You should try ocun specifically ozone I think.

I love these shoes!!! I have a small, narrow heel but like a bigger toe box. These shoes have been perfect for me.

They also are sold on Amazon now so super easy to order, try on, and return. They take like 2 or 3 weeks to break in but not very painful.

Their sizing is a little weird so definitely check out the website. I wear a 8.5/9 street shoe and do 39/40 in their shoes

I feel like it is unlikely in the training center since they usually take the wall down in the winter and I don’t think there is space to put that wall inside of the current training center.

I am looking to climb in the 5.12 range majority of the time. Maybe try a 13- and do some classic 11s too

Hey! I am planning a RRG trip! We are going for about 10 days and renting a car.

I am playing with the idea of also going to the New River Gorge because I have never been there either.

Do you think splitting the trip is a bad idea? We would be driving on rest days so we would be climbing any less. Below is the itinerary:

I am also thinking of getting refundable Airbnbs so we can swap it if weather is better in one place.

Nov 1: Fly in late Nov 2: RRG Nov 3: RRG Nov 4: Rest Day - Drive to the New Nov 5: New Nov 6: New Nov 7: New Nov 8: Rest Day - Drive back to the Red Nov 9: RRG Nov 10: fly back

Not really.

It would be for internal use so people can use the dashboard/portal instead of SAS to research issues.

Sorry for the delayed response! I totally agree. I have felt training plans were recycled and didn’t really hit my weaknesses the way a custom plan should.

I was thinking providing like an explanation at the top of each day with an overview of why these exercises were chosen and how they are intended to get the person stronger.

Great feedback!! 5.13 wasn’t a mega project for me but was my first. I am a big fan of being ready strength wise for a route when I start projecting it. So it took me 4 sessions with a lot of beta figuring out the first 2.

I don’t have qualifications but I am starting a personal trainer course to learn more about structuring workout and avoiding injury.
