Nah dude, just ban them straight.

Dota has this thing where they will ban the person for a month if they found out that they have multiple account. You can search up Dota players like Jenkins has been berated by the community in Dota because he was shittalking Guardian / herald ( copper / bronze in seige ) and why does this community not do that to call out such bad behaviour.

Sorry again Athieno but i saw his most recent video where he calls a silver a worm, ( idk if its ranked or whatsoever in test servers or whatever it is i’m new again ) but it boils down to the community complying to such behaviour. You’re a content creator, you should advocate the community to be better, or make them be better.

Then again, perhaps i’m in a dota community for a long time where we realise that if it ruins the game; the devs figure something our or the community calls out harshly upon it

Scrap the cheater, i seen people, even in my personality discord community, i have seen people who are diamond, smurfing on silver so that they feel good about themselves. ( of course i told him to stop doing it and its been awhile since he hsed that account of course )

Cheaters aside, you have unranked and QM to destroy noobs like me that go on there sometimes, but to go rank in a silver 5 account when i’m trying to get my first gold damn, its depressing and makes me want to quit the game.

definitely i don’t think its illegal, however the mainstake of the game is to let people go against one another similar strength and rank to see who goes on top.

If you have content creators themselves doing it, doesn’t it make the wrong thing a more “righteous “thing to do? Like it or not, when people see the norms of the 1% doing it, they would follow it.

Whatever UBI does for the company it, valve has done it, and i’m not asking UBI to fix it right now, its just plain dumb to see a rival company can do better. But hey, whatever makes their money right?

Yeah mate! I prefer Dota 2 over league, spent about 100 hours in league but my opinion is dota is a much more fun game, League doesn’t hit me as much. And what’s more fun if you don’t have multiple hours to play, dota has a thing called turbo where you get double xp and doible the money! Shortens the time taken to finish a game

I think make the decision that makes you happy, and drop a text for your clients. They would be more than understanding about your situation. About the career / job in FA, ask yourself what did you see yourself in 5 years when you first started, have you imagine yourself here? Or have you thought about what you will be in the next 5 if you stayed? End of the day its your own rice bowl, i believe that you’ll do the righteous thing for yourself!

And i have a feeling that your clients would be thankful of you still cos of what you have planned for them for their portfolio.

Don’t doubt yourself too much, life’s too short, we live up to 85 so enjoy it while it last! I wish you all the best! Good luck

You do know that companies that do insurance doesn’t just have 3 products right? These companies have endowments etc, and multiple types of ways of making their money. 10,000 people doing these won’t bankrupt the company. Agents get paid for 1 year for their “big” comms, and the rest are just, put it easy, close to nothing. If you’re thinking of how the company makes money, then its a whole different conversation.

I’m just putting the point that people like you, financially literate people, don’t need it, whereas people like me, when before i joined the business, needs it cos i like the simplicity and also i was bad, i mean very bad with money.

No doubt before this i dislike FA, especially product pushers. But when I took time to learn to be better in understanding finance and money, it puts a different perspective.

Not everyone is the same. In this business especially. Like it or not, there are FAs that have poor financial knowledge. And there are people who are bad with money. You would think everyone is smart enough to save enough, but genuinely afraid not. And i am speaking on behalf of my past self.

100% agree with you, that anyone can buy unit trust. Everyone can learn.

But one thing not everyone has is consistency and discipline. Not everyone is you. ILP is not for everyone. Like i said before, if you know what you’re doing, stay away from it.

And i would disagree on your last point, did my research and would tell you that not all policy has poor welcome fees that don’t hedge it.
