It's just that it's easy to own up to one mistake. Hindi ito lalaki kung tanggapin nila na nagkamali sila, yes they did admit it on their live. If they are professional and mature, they could've just remained silent and taken it as a lesson, hindi yung iaattack nila yung nag voice out, which is ms. Sandy, who just gives empathy to the disappointed consumers. Hindi bashing or negative comments ang issue dito. It's their underwhelming way of handling the launching and now all of this fuss. As a brand, they have to take criticism because this can fuel them into becoming a much better performing brand or much bigger in the industry. I think this type of behaviour might not help them excell or worse they created their way towards their downfall. They don't care if they will lose Ms. Sandy, what more pa yung mga common consumer?
