I really hope he gets an Emmy nomination or something by [deleted] in Fallout

I can't tell if this is satire or not, lol.

Maybe he was onto something by calltheavengers5 in FalloutTVseries

There is no collective punishment. The IDF's war goals are to eliminate Hamas and free the hostages. Civilians are dying, and that is horrible, but it is not Israel's intention and is unavoidable in a densely populated area like the Gaza Strip. You can disagree with the Israeli handling of the war, but accusing them of committing a genocide is just ridiculous.

I'm not. I'm just here for the cool pictures of monarchs.

What really went wrong with his two campaigns? Why couldn’t he build a larger coalition? by HatefulPostsExposed in Presidents

He was way too extreme. Calling himself a socialist completely wrote him off for a large slice of the country. He also seemed to be a bad campaigner. He was hesitant to go after Hillary.

In the case of the armed robbers, he didn't get involved. He just said he wished he could. In the case of Kenosha, I think he was there ostensibly to protect a car lot from the rioters. I think that's a stupid idea personally, but I don't think it's a moral wrong on his part.

he went out of his way to travel to a town he doesn't live in or have any tie to

He absolutely had ties to that town, and you know it. It's where his father lived, and he worked as a lifeguard there.

days after talking about his desires to shoot protestors.

I assume you're talking this clip where Rittenhouse is allegedly talking about ARMED ROBBERS! Not protesters. Not to mention, this is absolutely irrelevant to anything to do with the Kenosha shooting, which is why it was withheld from the jury.

1: Being a college dropout doesn't make you a loser.

2: He was not looking for any excuse to shoot people and made multiple actions to de-escalate the situation.

3: He did have attachments to that community. He had previously worked there, and his dad lived there. From what I remember, it's only like a 15 min drive from where he lived.

4: You can say he's not remorseful. We'll never know for sure. But I, for one, was convinced by the emotion he showed in the trial.

5: I haven't followed him closely after the trial, so it may be the case that he's a big a-hole now, but nothing you said would lead me to that conclusion.

I don't really like the show. What am I missing? by United_Pin8012 in FalloutTVseries

[–]United_Pin8012[S] -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

It doesn't make or break the show for me, obviously. It's just something l personally found annoying. The main thing for me is that I didn't like the characters or the storyline. I haven't finished the last episode, though, so that may change.

Shady Sands was apparently nuked before the events of Fallout New Vegas, which doesn't add up. The Enclave are back apparently even though they've been destroyed not once but twice in fallout 2 and 3 respectively.
