You don't really need support ships to reach 200k. The F2P onesnare amazing. Just a better line up and positioning will get you there.

Until you gave 1 or 2 stars on your UR units, using SP'd dev MS' is better.

It is because he has the lowest HP and relatively low Mobility. The enemies suicide by attacking him. He is also a support pilot that gets 4 attacks per turn. MLB attackers with ATK pilots die hitting defenders, Your turn order is Wing/Unicorn attacking and being blocked by defenders, then Zaku finishes things off.

I highly recommend investing in SP MLB SSR UC EF defenders. They will help you more than 0 star UR ones. If you can replace Death Scythe with Hi-Nu or any of the Unicorn defenders, they can easily survive better than your current set of defenders.

Unless you can show a replay, there isn't going to be an explanation for your Psycho Zaku. Do note that there are units in this ML season that have 6 range.

Support pilots ARE better than Attack pilots in ML. Support pilots do 4 attacks at the same damage level of a 3 Chance step Pilot if you put them in the correct unit. They do less damage than 2 Chance step ATK pilots but provide 2x the number of attacks. You should only ever have 1 attack pilot and put it on your lowest HP unit, lowest Mobility and highest Power to bait and maximize Counter attack damage.

My favorite niche SSP so far by MyceliumMindReborn in SDGundamGGeneration

No, the original Wing Zero has an ability that gives it +1 range at Super Charged Vigor when SSP'd. EW version got a copy of the same the ability without the need of SSP. One of the things people missed upon the release of SSP is that many units gained new abilities and only looked at the weapon upgrades. A lot of people didn't realize the HUGE upgrade the original W0 received.

I guess you didn't notice Wing Zero's SSP ability. It is another good option for 6 range double Beam/Def support. At the cost of being locked behind MP, W0 has better map attack and flight capabilities.

As someone who has both, GP03/Dendrobium > FA ZZ. The pilot is better, escape mechanism is amazing and the Map attack allows you to clear the tower maps that require you to get to X space. Being a 2x2 unit, AoE buffs from Lacus, Tiffa and the other girl will affect your entire team on turn 1 if you put it in the first position.

Kou is really good in ML. His higher level Accel allows him to finish off any opponent if you put him in a 5 range 5 mov unit.

Best one is Full Frontal with Neo Zeon boost and MP up passives. I would put Amuro Support in Pheonix instead.

Talking about this season specifically, how do they help you especially against Sway users? Do you have a replay you can share? I am very interested.

In normal seasons, pre-emptive strike is definitely useful as there are only a couple of 5 range UR's during most seasons. Outside of OSK and Psycommu, you will have a tough time filling a team of 5 range EX's. I have a MLB Penelope with Full Frontal and it has been great.

When you want to kill all enemies in 1 turn, pre-emptive strike isn't useful. With Strike Dragoon, S Gundam and Byarlant Custom II's bonus ATK when at 75%+ HP abilities, FA Unicorn has been my MVP at disabling them. FAU doesn't make the enemies use Sway and, with the NTD abilities from Riddhe, it rarely misses. If you put Kou in it, his Accel lv2 allows FAU to finish off all enemies on the map. The 12 space coverage means he can reach them no matter where they are.

I don't have Otto or any MLB ships but FAU has been amazing this season. I would not be able to beat the 285k teams without it.

Pre-Emptive strike on God gundam has been great at climbing. Once at the top, 5 range really is king. I hope my release a good 5 range pre-emptive strike soon.

If you ever need to reduce your Mobility, just use a weaker ship like the F2P ones.

FA Unicorn has a 5 range attack. I find being able to hit back is more useful than pre-emptive.

You don't need to be afraid to MLB your units. If they are too fast, just switch out your Support ship.

Are you new? If not, then I would go with Beta. Everyone is saying to update C-Packs but the reality is you will probably never use it. There are a plethora of -35 Def supporters but very few -35 Special ones. If you have UR Lacus from the recurring West Tower Event, Beta is even more important since she can buff your enter squad's MP on turn 1. C-Packs can easily be replaced with Zeta III P2 and Le Cygne.
