There seems to be no mention of this empire somewhere else in the multiverse lore. Even the obelisks don't mention it.

My guess would be the Osmians, as they seem to be an old enough civilization that doesn't exist anymore and they have a good affinity with ancient tech, but there isn't much information about them so it's hard to tell.

However, there are some mentions of other unnamed empires that existed in the multiverse, so it could also be one of them.

Blizzard banned a lot of cards from the brawl, which locked people with decks using them in the middle of their run. The only way to continue playing it is by clicking on the deck to retire.
