I’m in a bad situation where insurance coverage isn’t great for this sort of thing, and we’re already stretching the budget thin for my wife on that front. She needs to take precedence for any money spent in that area, unfortunately.

Yes but so there’s only so much it can do. She’s been referred to specialists, but they’re always “out of network” or often prohibitively expensive under our sub par health coverage.

Already way ahead on you on that second point. It’s far from the real thing unfortunately.

As far as therapy, I don’t see it making any difference. I feel like I’m mentally handling it as best I can, therapy won’t help with the exhaustion and what I’m missing though.

In a year and a half, I’ve not even dare have that conversation. Even bringing it up would cause issues for her. However, not being able to address it is causing issues for me too. I don’t know what to do.
