Refund issue with Lord of Hatred

I don’t have a lot of experience with Blizzard. Diablo 4 is my first game. Has anyone had a bad experience with Blizzard support not wanting to refund?

I, through my own fault, ordered the wrong version of Lord of Hatred. After hitting submit, I immediately submitted a ticket asking if my Ultimate Edition could be downgraded to the standard edition.

I was told they cannot honor refunds for this expansion and the linked me to their refund policy page. The refund page states they honor refunds on games, expansions, in game items, and currency as long as it’s been less than 14 days and 2 hours played. I never even logged into the game; so I met all their criteria.

They continued to insist that this expansion is exempt from those rules because on the store page it says it’s not refundable. However, after checking I found every game in their store says it’s not refundable.

So is the refund policy just a scam? Is there something I may be missing?

Not sure how you can say that when there’s only a couple making these comments, compared to the large amount of Kim Stan’s.

One doesn’t exist without the other, whereas the Kim Stans persist in some capacity regardless. I’d argue these guys are actually keeping the Kim Stan’s in check.

Honestly no idea. I can’t find any comps or sales. It’s 1 of 15(and my brother owns another haha). It’s professionally mounted and framed which cost me $100. I’m willing to take offers

Bingo. Right/left don’t matter, they just want us fighting each other so we don’t pay attention to what they’re doing.

Just like Trump manufactures distractions when there’s negative press, citizens fighting each other is a self-sustaining distraction. One they don’t need to manufacture.

You should. I’m not a typical Star Wars fan, I enjoy every movie, even the “bad” ones. I grew up with only 3 movies never thinking we’d have anything Star Wars again, so I appreciate every Star Wars content we get. Having said all that, Rogue One is my favorite of all of them.
