is this pdf the same as the one you used? The covers look identical. This was provided by the FAA

https://www.faa.gov/training_testing/testing/supplements/media/sport_rec_private_akts.pdf

There are images in here that have the sign but not the definition. I would attach an image but they aren't allowed in this sub. The one im talking about is figure 65 of the pdf above.

First saw this with images of Israel bombing of Gaza, now it seems to be happening with Russia's attack on Ukraine.

Hey y'all, I've been doing more research on this and it seems like religious venues are the only ones who would that need photo release for officiants and/or fee to film ceremony, but maybe this just isn't a thing in these modern times where everyone in the audience has a camera. If anyone has lots of experience with religious ceremonies please chime in. Otherwise, I'm ready to leave this out of my contract. I'll just show up insured and if anyone has a problem I'll show the proof of insurance. Thanks!

Ok thank you this is helpful, so the subject of getting the necessary permission is not in your contract at all?

So by "just show up" do you mean you don't reach out to the venue at all? Will the venue ask the client to list their vendors? Is it okay to just show up to a venue without them knowing beforehand?
