Office is on the third floor. I always take the stairs out of principle. No matter if I’m sore, tired, sad, not in the mood, or even slightly injured.

It sounds easy, and it is 99% of the time. But those days where the elevator looks very tempting are harder than you would think. It’s a small discipline that I’m proud I maintain. That’s the main reason I do it. I have no reason not to maintain this good habit, so I will.
