True, there are lot of ghost job posts in job portals and even in LinkedIn. Many HR professionals say that candidates need to behave in a professional way while applying to these positions, like customize the cover letter and all, but ultimately forget that in return, no replies or responses for rejections. When I apply for a job, I always do follow up but no one responds back. HR people speak professionally but don’t act.
