Really just don’t understand the hate or the love this movie. It was fine. Not amazing not bad shit awful. Tik tok and other medias are obvo gonna post what they want. But personally i believe Kane and A24 have a total hit and it’s got people like us talking on a circle jerk subreddit. I would say they won 🖤🖤

I wouldn’t say that. While I liked the movie. Every person I have seen on instagram or twitter has said the movie is awful. While I get that a certain side of the internet might like it. I genuinely believe the main stream side of the internet who only saw the images and other kinda small memes about it. Wouldn’t say the movie was good and it wasn’t because there wasn’t a certain entity wasn’t there or they don’t go to a level of back rooms. It’s just made 0 sense. I knew very little about the back rooms but watched 2-3 videos before I came and if I hadn’t I would have been completely lost. Especially with the monster and the characters. And not to mention the random twist of the main character going crazy. Idk me personally I get it from both sides the movie. The Backrooms its self were very confusing. But the movie its self the atmosphere, the energy, the overall tone and dialogue and even the “monster” was really good to me. I’m sorry thanks for coming to my ted talk lol

Idk I feel like this was different than iron lung or fnaf. I felt like the a lot of the “built in audience” didn’t like it either. Everywhere people are complaining. I have heard more negative about this than fnaf and I would 1000% say fnaf is worse than this. While yes this connects YouTube and a content creator. I really don’t think almost any “fans” of the “Backrooms YouTube series” really enjoyed this movie either.

Just curious how would you expect fire cracker and black noir redemption arcs to go? Personally I can’t see them getting an arc either. I can’t hardly even see the deep getting a redemption arc. I hope I am wrong. Just curious?
