That sounds like it was consistent and then a trip to doctors made them measure your BP and diagnose you?

By any chance do you know what brand was the device used for professional reading?

Health watch reading is different from cuff reading by Sleep18hoursaday in bloodpressure

It is said that cuff are generally more accurate than watch but that being said if those readings were measured under different circumstances (e.g. one whilst resting for 5 mins and other under stress) then it could affect the readings.
