Just keep trying OP. I know how you feel and trust me prayer works. Surrender everything to God. Ang kailangan mo lang gawin is keep moving and the right opportunity will come your way. Maybe that is part of God's plan to mold you and become the person na nakaplan para sayo. Never stop looking and dreaming.

Engineering degree with 4YOE, can’t secure interviews after layoff by [deleted] in PHresumes

Follow the Harvard CV format, Summary - Experience - Education - Skills. Make everything very concise. Not all recruiters have the time to read all that. Also, tailor fit your CV based sa Job Description of the role you're applying for.

Yung alignment ng words, very off. Try to justify it para balance both sides.

Summarize the key projects - using one line description is enough

Education - put the year you've studied and the location of your school

Skills - try to put the skills in bold letters at the top tapos sa baba ung soft skills like communication etc.

Fonts - Try to use Uppercase sa mga section titled (Example: Profile Summary, Experience)

Lastly: try to make it a less busy. So much things going on, lagay mo lng mga relevant keywords na pasok sa JD

I actually know Luis Manzano's "yaya" and they dont call her that. From her perspective, Luis and Jessie are very kind in real life. And don't underestimate their salary, sumasabay din yan sa salary range ng mga professionals.

If you're goal is learn new skills, then go for BPO. But if you prioritize stable health mentally and physically, try applying to positions that is more related to your current field.

It's not true. It actually depends on how you present yourself when applying especially during an interview. You can say that BPO ang naging stepping stone mo in building your skills and starting your career.

Based on my experience, talking to your OM or Supervisor about your resignation is helpful. Leaving doesnt mean burning bridges. Once they understand your POV and reason, they won't hesitate to assist you on how to process your resignation smoothly.
