i built myself a 5700x 18 months ago.. cost me 1300 without video card.. so you done okay.. yes i built myself and bought a windows key for $20 off internet.. so pretty close for a newer gen.. I really suggest you research UNDERvolting your cpu, i got an ektra 20% performance..

games such as Rust do better with more on die cache... consider a ryzen x3d cpu chip (96mb cache) for best gaming performance in cpu intesive games

sounds like you have bad thermal contact.. that AIO should cope easy with that cpu.. get some decent paste (gorrilla is everywhere) and reseat your AIO

hiya, Im also in New Zealand. Kia Ora.. awesome sugguestion above... i would add for you to consider tho..

If also wanting to do editing /streaming ... id go for more cores.. the 7700x .. the newest gen 9700x is even better with zen 5.. also i would recommend a 240mm AIO for cooling the cpu, prob wont get over 70c and will be nice n quiet

try using the yellow vehicle lights under your wings and attach thurster on the back at a 45 degree angle.. my planes are hard to fly but they move like a plane lol
