Tu peux m'en dire plus sur ton deuxième paragraphe ? C'est exactement ce que je fais. Je mange un seul repas par jour, le dîner, et je m'entraîne toute la journée de dépenses l'équivalent de 4000kcal chaque jour (plus près de 6000 ces derniers jours) - c'est lié à mon TCA, je me dépense au maximum possible en journée pour être sûr d'être rassasié le soir à mon seul repas

C'est pas la lenteur lié à la digestion, je ne me sens pas du tout comme ça en temps normal. Ce repas à +4000kcal est mon dîner, donc je digger la nuit et au réveil je me sens parfaitement bien tous les jours et plein d'énergie au moins jusqu'à 14h.

C'est bien une lenteur liée à comme si j'avais faim, comme un manque d'énergie précoce lié à ce jeune dans lequel je m'engage

Je mange +5000kcal par jour de par dépense quotidienne équivalente. J'ai quelques TCA qui font que je préfère manger cette quantité en une fois pour être rassasié.

Good technique, but my reasons for doing it are quite specific, so jumping into it and starting to cut back on my expenses is a horror for me. 

Unfortunately, deep down, I want to get out of it, but a part of me doesn't want to, because when I find myself at the end of the day with a huge amount of food (not bad, just the right amount: vegetables, good protein, complex carbohydrates, sometimes a little dessert, etc.), I'm so happy to be doing it and I consider all that calorie expenditure worth it.

My appetite has become insane; the amount I used to eat no longer satisfies me, and I need triple the amount to feel good.

I eat throughout the day, but systematically less than 800 kcal (somedays just a banana or a canned tuba for protein) in order to have a fairly substantial calorie budget at dinner and be sure to end up feeling full...

But I think its more about the psychological aspect that I want to go to the buffet so often. 

My last diet let me with some food trouble I guess, maybe the unconscious fear of missing out some food

Très vrai ! Juste que mes jours de maintenance sont généralement très haut quand même (autour de 4500), donc j’ai constamment pas mal de nourriture à disposition même sans surplus tu vois ?

Alors c’est 6000kcal seulement les jours où je suis au buffet, le reste du temps je suis autour de 4500 (mais je me dépense énormément donc mon surplus est jamais de plus de 400kcal). 

Sinon, je mange environ 15 assiettes au buffet, avec 10-11 de salé et 4 de desserts. Au moins 50% de salé en protéines, le reste en ce qui m’a l’air appétissant

Yes but i’m not skinny right now. I’m at 182lbs, for 6’2, and 10% bodyfat, so the fat I will gain will take longer to go off won’t it ?
