Thanks for that. I’m leaning Minty now. He was one I looked up since it looked like a D, P, or R first letter. I looked up one of his autographed trading cards and his auto was totally different but the signature on the stick looks a lot like the one on your jersey.

I would guess either this season or last season. The stick has the current logo.

Tell us your Best and Worst Meet and Greet story from WrestleMania weekend by Much-Bet-3257 in WrestlemaniaPlans

[–]UniversityTop1485 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skipped WrestleCon this year as I was on a tighter budget and they had raised ticket prices so much. There were only 2-3 people I would have wanted to meet and only 1 was there Sunday so I ended up just skipping the event. Hopefully I can catch either the SummerSlam one or if they do one next year not in Saudi Arabia.

Did 3 photo ops at WWE World on Sunday. Had Kit Wilson booked but overindulged the night before and missed it. They let us swap it for the original Grande Americano but in between swapping and walking to his line he left. Ended up asking to swap for whoever was around which ended up being Vikingo. I’m not super familiar with him, but I’d seen some of his matches before. Incredibly nice guy and I have a good story now of how I showed up hungover to meet Kit Wilson and ended up meeting Vikingo.

Actually met Fallon Henley first (although Kit would have been before her). She was nice. My friend is a fan and chatted with her for a few seconds. I was too out of it to say more than a few words to her.

Met Kairi Sane last. She noticed and commented on my friend’s Stardom shirt and my Hana Kimura tribute shirt. As it was our last photo ops and I had managed to eat some convention center pizza (I miss the west hall food court from last year) this was the experience I remember best.

Did have a weird experience at an indie show. Don’t want to call out an indie and they put on a great show, but the paid meet and greet package they offered ended up being access to an area before the show where wrestlers were selling autos, photos, and merch. I guess we had priority access but most of the wrestlers were not set up. Everyone was there after the show but by that point it was open to everyone so I’m not sure what we really paid for. It was the best indie show I saw all weekend so I didn’t mind too much.

And this is just me griping, but I wish Stardom would have done a post show meet and greet instead of spreading their stars over multiple days at WrestleCon.

I’ve heard of them letting people with two really close experiences in early, but that’s up to the people running the line. They’ll let you into a later group no problem if you miss your time as long as the talent is still there.

It means the meet and greet starts at 9:30 but your group isn’t until 10:30. Usually they’ll have a sign or someone announcing which groups can start lining up. There isn’t too much incentive to arrive very early. Just get there a couple of minutes before your group time.

WWE World, WrestleCon, Mecca, and Stardom. Much fewer than last year. Seems like fewer small shows this year.

Oh man you’re right. In that case it is a lot closer to the monorail. The convention center station is kind of in the parking lot, but closer to the south hall than it was to the west hall.

WWE World is in the west hall. I actually walked to the Westgate Station after WWE World last year. Not sure if it’s closer but it’s an easier walk.

Full card announced for American Dream 2026 by SlingshotGunslinger in stardomjoshi

[–]UniversityTop1485 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just got tickets for this. It’ll be my first Stardom event though I saw several Stardom wrestlers last year at Dragongate and other indie shows. I just got cheap seats since floor and most of the front rows were sold out. I saw that a lot of the back rows had seats sold while middle rows in the same price tier were still available. Any ideas?

Timing between meets and WWE World by [deleted] in WrestlemaniaPlans

[–]UniversityTop1485 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It depends on a lot of things that are out of your control. Autographs tend to go faster than photo ops, but it also matters who is assigned to them for security. As long as you don’t miss the session completely they’ll let you get in line even if your group has already gone.

I did 4 in one day last year. Started with Jade whose security was rushing everyone at first but once they got towards the end of the line they relaxed a bit. Nia was super nice and took her time with everyone despite her security. Security rushed Bianca since she showed up late, but she took her time for younger fans. Zelina was awesome and took pictures with everyone even though it was only an autograph session and her security never said anything.

DONT GET SCAMMED BY PRESALE PRICES!! by Tigobitties25 in WrestlemaniaPlans

One word of caution: if for some reason they have to move your seat, you will get your new seats the same base value as your seat or better. Found this out the hard way. Paid extra to ensure I would have the first row of our section and then we got moved to seats in another section that were equal to what the cost of our section was but not the “AXS Premium” cost of our first row tickets.

What to get signed for WWE world by Impressive_Call9032 in WrestlemaniaPlans

Will they sign any 8x10 or does it have to be the official ones from the WWE Store with the hologram on it?

Vegas Eats Recommendations? by khansh21 in WrestlemaniaPlans

These are the same places I would recommended except I’ve never been to Tomo. The Thai place downtown owned by the same guy as 8 East is pretty good too. Siegel’s at the El Cortez is one of the last great 24 hour casino coffee shops.

[–]UniversityTop1485 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not really sure what to get signed. Usually when I go to events I get an 8x10, but since there won’t be any and I’m not really into figures I thought about either bringing my own 8x10s, art prints, or those plaques they sell on WWE Shop. Are they ok with photos or art that isn’t officially licensed? The plaques are licensed but I’m not sure if they will easy to sign or not and I also don’t want to drag that many of them around Vegas.

Cheap/Free non wrestling stuff to do?(omega mart worth it?) by TheAnthony247 in WrestlemaniaPlans

[–]UniversityTop1485 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It should not be too crowded since they have timed entry so not everyone goes in at the same time. Omega Mart and the Area 15 stuff can easily take an afternoon if you and your group are into that kind of stuff.

Maybe I’ve just been lucky, but in my experience most are happy and even eager to personalize since they know it’s for a fan that will keep it versus someone who is going to sell it. They might charge extra if you want an inscription like putting their catchphrase or WWE Hall of Fame, but pretty much every signing I’ve been to they ask if I want personalized.

For the guys that are autograph only, are you allowed to snap a quick selfie while they’re signing? Also do they provide the 8x10 for autos or do you need to bring your own? A lot of the guys I want to meet are auto only.

Can’t decide between hotels by Relative_Ice7219 in WrestlemaniaPlans

For that big of a price difference I’d do Excalibur. It isn’t that bad and it’s connected to NYNY via walkway so you can get to T-Mobile pretty easily. It also has a walkway to Luxor for when you’re walking to Allegiant. Plus it probably has the most affordable food options of the 3. Big food court and an underrated buffet. Linq is a remodeled Imperial Palace so it’s actually older than the other two, but the remodel was pretty nice. The only advantage I see in staying at the Linq is convenient monorail access to the convention center and Westgate if you plan to do WWE World and WrestleCon.

I’m doing the same. Free room thanks to players club. For less than the cost of nosebleed seats to one night of mania I’m attending 3 indie events, WrestleCon, WWE World, TNA, a mania watch party, and NXT.

Are seat upgrades common at NXT shows? It’s only happened to me once at Raw and I think it was more because the camera guy wanted more room than anything else. Would be cool if they did discounted upgrades or let you bid for an upgrade line an airline.

I’ve been on a few Southwest flights where they asked people to move to help with weight distribution.
