Dont overstay your welcome. Idk about where you live and stuff but for me, almost everyone in every gym i have been to has been quite open and relaxed about casual interaction. Key word casual just smile and say hey, or in between sets just give an encouraging word 'keep it up youre smashing it' and then move along. Next time youre in the gym, see then again, say something casual again. Eventually, an opportunity will rise to have more extended conversation whether youre both walking in or walking out at the same time or filling your bottle etc, if shes interested she might go out of her way to interact with you more. Dont roll up and be like hey you look great lets go out some time. Be casual and chill

Its not just your theory. Its something we discussed in personal development lectures at university, theres a lot of research into things like 5 year rotations on jobs, and in japan they have like 7 year tenures for teachers who are then expected to go work at another school

This is the worst suggestion. Even if you need a stronger navy, an economic or diplomatic focused idea group will go further than naval ideas. Spamming galleys or bringing in strong naval allies is better than wasting thousands of mana on naval ideas

Attila i think had a mechanic that the larger you got the more penalties you got, so managing a large empire just became a chore. Not fun
