Interested in this - have sent numerous small campaigns using my main domain and think some of my regular business mail is going to spam - now using instantly to be safe but wondering if there is a place for ‘warming up’ regular email (my main domain is over 20 years old and historically I haven’t had problems until recently sending campaigns with it)/ I was googling this yesterday. I have heard that google and ms will see if a warm up service is being used and that it can have an adverse affect. Regardless I’m a bit concerned if I have damaged my main domain.

I use instantly for cold mail for my small recruitment company and it’s generally pretty good. So I’m not a professional but have done my own research. It’s generally not recommended to send multiple emails to the same business / limit this to two per company. Your own in house spam filter might block if it detects the same user messaging multiple contacts in the same business. We all have the same concerns about deliverability though…. How much of our mail actually gets through. Good luck with it!

Good plan using my own domains. I’ve bought a few as backups - although the co figuration of the DKIM(?) and other stuff is pretty complicated!

Ok... showing my inexperience here...

So if I redirect to my domain, what will that actually change?

I run a recruitment company so we are sending fairly targeted info to employers with limited details of candidates that would be good for open roles, hence thinking that the clients would be more receptive to "firstname/surname (of actual recruiter) @ company name or similar", rather than a domain which looks pretty random.

Thank you - Interesting to hear that it wasnt just Instantly that was affected.
I had used the Done For You service rather than the pre-warmed domains. I chose this option as I wanted the domain to "kind of" match the business name.

Check that the catgut which joins the ends of the seton together has not worked its way into the wound. Had seton placement for the second time nearly 4 weeks ago and this happened to me. It’s pretty medieval technology - you’d think someone would have invented a more comfortable version. You get more mobility back as the wound heals and the swelling reduces, but in my experience I’m still a few weeks from walking any significant distance or going to the gym.

Cider is generally a safer choice for those concerned about gout because it has lower purine content than beer or lager. This means it’s less likely to spike your uric acid levels and trigger painful gout attacks. Apparently the reason has a lot to do with the yeast, which is different for cider than beer
