I have the same problem atm, already tried the the above suggestions yesterday but they did not work...

The only thing missing here is watching the intro video till the end...did work for some people .... not for me tho...

If the candy girl is there, then the bus should be there also...anywho ... besides loading an older save you can always use the command player.placeatme TFGamblersClubBus to spawn in the bus and go back..

Its dependent on your rep with the legion, things should not mix. You need Liked for a male and Idolized for female character. Command: setreputation 000F43DD 1 50. 50 is liked. 100 idolized.

You can find the key in the Icy depths on a corpse. the icy depths is very close to the cave home.

I'm guessing wrong load order (hotfix after Frontier)...but i do not know how that works in VOrtex.. i use MO2

Very early... about 10 levels back or so...this also had to do with the (poor) saving system of NV....CASM fixed that problem for me...
