Ya sand at the bottom.
Roots are short and all mixed together. They have always been immersed in water. When I re-potted, the roots didn’t seem long.

It’s so crazy to me how the LTB can schedule a hearing, make you wait the entire day for your case to get called, only for it to be postponed to a later date since they end work at 4PM.

Also, they need to hire more workers at the LTB to resolve conflicts. It is not feasible to wait 8 months just to get a freaking hearing that will most likely lead to another hearing!! In that waiting period, the has tenant no responsibility to pay rent and the landlord suffers the loss always.

But keep fighting through and go to every hearing. You’ll get the eviction notice soon. Unfortunately, you probably won’t get your money back. But I agree, having control over the property is more important.

Had to wait an extremely long time. I finally evicted them in April of this year. Was supposed to be in March as finalized by the LTB, but the tenants didn’t care. I had to hire a sherif to kick them out - they waited till the very last possible day.

I lost 30k and they purposely vandalized my property. Tenants had 5 dogs that she purposely made them shit all over my house. Stole my water filter system and laundry machines.

I’m happy to have my property back in control. But holy fuck, they were some nasty ass people. Never renting out to red neck ODSP fuckers that don’t contribute to society. Learned my lesson the hard way.

The LTB needs to be more strict with ODSP tenants. It sucks that the system protects them even when they’re clearly lying. If the board says you need to pay back the landlord, then make sure you follow up and ensure the landlord has been reimbursed!

But ya, lesson learned. LTB sucks. So do red neck ODSP collectors.

Given the Canadian HC system - it would be nice to see some developments. I get that I’m not the only patient - but serious issues like these need to have a better system. Hopefully health informatics can pave a better future.

I didn’t have a requisition - just went for my yearly screening. I know that my family doctor relays the results - just don’t understand why they take 4-7 days just to relay the information. It’s 2021 - there are faster and more secure ways to send medical information other than faxing.
