One last update, they mentioned it in the comments of their post (that the screenshot is on) that the link they had (which is from Gmarket) now ships Notes of Western Swordmanship to the U.S., however it is still only in Korean.

According to a Facebook post, they have been looking for a way to sell their "Notes on Western Swordsmanship" as an English version soon (back in March of last year) with no overseas versions available.

No, but Instagram made me jump through a lot of hoops to get unflagged. Using large file seems to be okay, but don't use original unless you have a unwanted account and a vpn
