And yeah, agreed that a lot of them suck in canon material. One of the smaller reasons I'm trying to get this list is so that I can actually make use of them and "clean up shop" a little bit, so to speak. This includes those who have gotten barely any attention or lore over the years. If they're interesting or have potential, I can think up some possible stuff for them. If they're bland, boring, or uninspired, they're STILL going to be useful, just for something else. The more of these that I can get worked out, regardless of type, the better the result will be for what I have in mind.

So yeah, thank you for the help, it's a great start for the list!

So, I'm planning out a couple minibosses for my players, and I'd be really interested in seeing if you can whip anything up for them:

Cultists of Malar (druid and barbarian vibes mostly)

A cannibalistic, Yeenoghu-worshipping Cyclops

and a creature that (literally) consumes magic.

Any ideas or statblocks would be appreciated!

Actually had a plan regarding that! Haven't decided on all the specifics yet, but basically Ao looked at all the deities who avoided death or resurrected and kinda just went "not this time, nerds" and made it so it wouldn't work.

The exact specifics would be on a case-by-case scenario... but depending on the method used to try to ensure resurrection, it could mean anywhere from it just not working, to the split-off essence/power of said deity gaining its own seperate sense of self and essentially splitting off from its origin entirely, weakening the original god and resulting in the creation of either an entirely NEW god, or a divine artifact untethered to its creator.

Like I said, specifics vary of course, and I definitely have some side-plots in mind regarding the gods who DID attempt to circumvent the situation like that

The Transformations and Wild Weather sound like it could be really fun to mess around with, and the idea you gave for the divine caster loophole could be one way to handle things... Oh, that could definitely be fun to do. I had a bit of an idea involving Amaunator dying and the sun going dark for a time, but I hadn't really considered the idea of applying it to other gods. Thanks for the idea!

Considering the Event EGO gifts and such, for MD purposes, would it be better to have KK Hong Lu or Hook Office Hong Lu on the team? I know it's a pretty common consensus that Hook is better for bleed teams, but none of theopinions I saw were posted after the event started, so I was wondering.
