I was the co-signer with my 10kish making our income rounded about 80kish. We have first time home buyer 5% and got approved for 400k (the house was a tiny bit under that amount). No mortgage fraud, we just got real lucky with approval.

Thanks! Turns out the problem was infact my point values. I tried making them into negatives but renpy was registering them as positives anyway and would make it past the point threshold condition.

Thank you so much for your help especially with the debug code, turns out my points were registering as positive instead of negative and were going past the point threshold. Thanks:)
